We are keenly aware of the ways in which culture, privilege, and identity intersect and impact our lived experience and work. We have deep experience delivering training and workshops on JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) and facilitating JEDI strategy for organizations. We support organizations in moving beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion toward a true sense of belonging.

Leadership coaching is a confidential partnership between the coach (person providing the coaching) and the client (person receiving the coaching) in a reflective and creative process that develops the client's insight and inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. Leadership coaching is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals. The priority in coaching is developing the clients' ability to move from purposeful reflection through goal setting and action planning toward maximizing potential.
